Run Sessions
Sat a.m. 5:00am sharp
LSD trips (long slow distance!). Kicks off from the Lilley Road Park, Cnr Lilley Rd & Sanderling Drive, Warner. The runs start at about 12km and can go up to 25-30km. Typically, this session is for regular runners who are fit and need to do some LSD training for forthcoming races. There are water and toilet stops on the routes we take. Wear bright or white clothing, invest in proper running apparel so that you don’t drown in your own sweat. Those going on the longer runs should bring along some Gels and a waterbottle…… and a sense of humour.

Intermediate & Advanced runners. A mixture of moderate trail runs, interval training, hill repeats, fartlek etc. Current mixed group of up to 20.

Tues p.m. 7:20pm for a 7:30pm start.
Walk/Run Group – for those starting out on running.
Slow Steady Group – for those who have moved up from run/walk or just want a slow steady constant run.
Intermediate Group – for more experienced runners.
Advanced Group – for faster more experienced runners who are looking to get a move on!
Each Tuesday alternates between a ‘normal’ run, hill repeats and intervals. Call or SMS Michael Stark on 0400140808. Most run sessions are designed to last 40 minutes minimum, and not too much more than that.
Where? South Pine Community Church car park, corner Eatons Crossing & South Pine Rd’s, Eatons Hill.
What to wear: Please wear bright clothing and reflective gear you have got if you are in the evening Striders session. Bring a water bottle and a watch.
Walk Sessions
Evenings:
Tues p.m. 7:20pm for a 7:30pm start.
W.A.S.P.S. - ‘Walking at a slower pace’ group – for those new to walking and exercise.
Intermediate Group – for those who are able to walk at a constant steady pace.
Advanced Group – brisk experienced walkers.
